PUBLIC OFFER (AGREEMENT) FOR THE PROVISION OF TUTORING SERVICESDate of Publication: 19/01/2026
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS1.1. This document is an official public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") by
Alex V. (Alex), an individual entrepreneur or independent tutor (hereinafter referred to as the "Tutor"), to any capable individual (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") to conclude an Agreement for the provision of paid individual IELTS, TOEFL or GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test) preparation tutoring services as well as private lessons or coaching sessions (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") on the terms set forth below.
1.2. In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this document is a public offer. Acceptance (full and unconditional acceptance) of this Offer by the Client is considered to be the completion of payment for one or more tutoring sessions in the manner specified in this Offer. From the moment of acceptance, the Agreement is considered concluded.
1.3. The Client and the Tutor are collectively referred to as the "Parties" and individually as a "Party."
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT. PROCEDURE FOR PROVIDING SERVICES2.1. The subject of this Agreement is the provision by the Tutor to the Client of individual remote tutoring and coaching services.
2.2. The services are provided in the form of individual online lessons (sessions) conducted via video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google meet) agreed upon by the Parties.
2.3. The specific time, duration, frequency of lessons, and the detailed curriculum/focus areas are agreed upon by the Parties individually via email, Telegram, or other means of communication before the start of the first paid lesson.
2.4. The total scope of Services is determined by the number of lessons paid for by the Client. Payment for a package of multiple lessons provides a discount compared to the single-session rate and is valid for a period agreed upon with the Tutor (e.g., 3 or 6 months).
3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES3.1. The Tutor is obliged to:- Provide Services with due care, diligence, and professional competence.
- Maintain the agreed-upon schedule of lessons, notifying the Client in advance of any necessary changes.
- Provide necessary materials and assignments for effective preparation within the framework of the agreed curriculum.
3.2. The Tutor has the right to:- Independently determine the teaching methods and materials used, taking into account the Client's goals and level of preparation.
- Receive timely and full payment for the Services rendered.
- Terminate the provision of Services unilaterally in case of systematic violation by the Client of the terms of this Agreement (including payment terms, clause 4.4), refunding the unused portion of the prepaid funds.
3.3. The Client is obliged to:- Provide accurate information about their current level of preparation and target goals.
- Pay for the Services in the amount and within the timeframes established by this Offer.
- Attend lessons at the agreed time, having prepared the necessary technical equipment (computer, stable internet connection, headset).
- Notify the Tutor at least 24 hours in advance of the need to reschedule or cancel a scheduled lesson. Failure to notify or late notification may result in the lesson being considered completed and paid for.
3.4. The Client has the right to:- Require the Tutor to provide services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
- Receive complete and reliable information about the Services.
- Terminate the Agreement unilaterally at any time. If the termination is initiated by the Client, funds for unused but prepaid lessons are subject to refund, minus a 15% service fee to cover administrative and reservation costs.
4. COST OF SERVICES AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE4.1. The cost of the Services is determined by the current price list published on the Tutor's website
https://english4work.ru or communicated directly to the Client.
4.2. Payment for Services is made by the Client by prepayment for one or a package of lessons. Services are considered paid from the moment the full amount due is received in the Tutor's bank account or payment system (USDT).
4.3. The Tutor issues an electronic invoice/receipt to the Client's specified email address upon request. The invoice is payable within 5 banking days.
4.4. In case of delay in payment, the Tutor has the right to suspend the provision of Services until full repayment of the debt.
5. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING OF LESSONS5.1. The Client may reschedule a lesson by notifying the Tutor at least 24 hours before its start.
5.2. If the Client cancels a lesson later than the period specified in clause 5.1 or does not show up for the lesson without notice ("no-show"), the lesson is considered completed and paid for. In the case of a purchased lesson package, one lesson from the package is considered used.
5.3. If the Tutor cancels a lesson, the lesson is rescheduled to a time mutually convenient for the Parties, or its cost is refunded to the Client.
6. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES6.1. The Parties are responsible for non-performance or improper performance of their obligations under this Agreement in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
6.2. The Tutor is not responsible for the final result of the Client's IELTS / TOEFL or GMAT exam, as this result depends on a complex of factors, including the Client's initial preparation, diligence in completing assignments, and psychological state during the exam.
6.3. The Tutor is not responsible for technical problems on the Client's side (internet connection failures, equipment malfunction) that prevent the lesson from taking place. Such a lesson is considered completed.
6.4. The Tutor is released from liability for breach of contract if such breach is caused by force majeure circumstances (force majeure), including natural disasters, fires, wars, acts of state authorities, failures in communication networks.
7. FINAL PROVISIONS7.1. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7.2. All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by the Parties through negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, disputes shall be referred to the judicial authority at the Tutor's location.
7.3. This Offer comes into force from the date of its publication on the website
https://english4work.ru and is valid until revoked by the Tutor. The Tutor has the right to make changes to the Offer. Changes come into force from the moment of their publication on the website.
7.4. By paying for the Services, the Client confirms that they have read and fully agree with all the terms of this Public Offer.
